Using Wise is quite simple and believe me, anyone who is having even the slightest technical knowledge can use Wise.

I myself use Wise to pay my employees working remotely from India or to transfer money to my home.

For your better understanding and easy accessibility, I am laying down the step-by-step path to use Wise.

Step 1: Sign up from here. You need your basic details which includes your email id, creating a password and the country in which you are currently residing in.

Step 2: Setup your Transfer. You need to choose the currency and the amount of money to be transferred.

Step 3: Filling in the details of the Recipient (details of the person you are sending the money to).
In this next step, you will have to fill in the bank details and the country details of the recipient.

For example, if you want to enroll in Complete course for studying in Germany, then you should fill in my bank account details, which is:

Account owner: Brandevise Consulting SRL

IBAN: BE14 9671 8775 5283

BIC: TRWIBEB1XXX

Amount to be transferred: Course price shown in INR here.

Please note: Here the IBAN shows BE, which means the bank account is in Belgium.

You’d also need the recipient’s address:

Again, for enrolling in my course, the address will be, our business address. Which is:

Strada Zboina Neagra
No. 8-10 Bl. 91-95 Sc. 3 ap. 99
Sectorul 6,
Bucuresti, 060455
Romania

After this, the recipient’s account will be verified.

Step 4: OTP and Payment confirmation. Before you proceed with the payment, you will be required to enter the OTP that would be sent to your registered mobile number for the bank from which you’re are transferring the money.

Step 5: Sender’s ID verification. After this Wise would need to verify the sender’s (your) PAN and one photo ID proof.

Step 6: Select the reason for the transfer. This is the final step before you actually proceed with the payment and in this step, you need to select the reason for the money transfer from a dropdown menu.

Step 7: Choose how to pay (Final step). This is the last step, and here you need to fill in your bank account details (make sure the account is in your name only and not someone else’s!

And that’s it!

You can also track where your money is and the “tentative date” on which it will be received at the other end!
