🌿 We’re hiring a Creative & Marketing Assistant

This is not just a job. It’s an opportunity to help shape a growing international brand that reaches millions — through education, storytelling, and emotionally intelligent content.

You’ll work directly with Bharat — founder of Bharat in Germany and CEO of a Romania-based company — on content, communication, and business development.

About the Role

This is a hybrid creative + communication role with variety and flexibility. You’ll help shape content, support community, manage messages, and assist with partnerships and internal ops.

We meet in Bucharest 1–2 times/month for planning, filming, or deep work sessions. There’s mentorship and also space for you to take ownership and grow into a leadership role as our team expands.

What You’ll Do

🌱 Communication & Community

  • Respond to emails, DMs, and course inquiries with warmth and clarity
  • Join Zoom or WhatsApp calls with students, clients, or partners
  • Contribute to Telegram and social media updates

đź’ˇ Marketing & Partnerships

  • Draft proposals for brand collaborations and content partners
  • Assist with email newsletters, funnels, and launches
  • Research influencers, institutions, or expansion ideas

✍️ Content & Creative Work

  • Write scripts, captions, and social media posts
  • Optionally appear in short-form videos or BTS clips
  • Use tools like Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, and Google Docs

Who You Are

  • You studied communications, marketing, or are self-taught but driven
  • You write with clarity, emotion, and intention
  • You’re organized, thoughtful, and good at juggling tasks
  • You’re fluent in English (German is a plus!)
  • You’re curious, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on social or community projects — even for fun

What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)

  • You independently manage daily content and comms tasks
  • You help run and grow our community and campaigns
  • You contribute ideas and help execute mini-projects confidently

You receive 5 tasks at once:

  • A DM about Ausbildung
  • A past partner wants a meeting next week
  • A video script needs review
  • Founder asks you to post something in a quiet Telegram group
